Paralakhemundi,(Tarini Prasad Panda): Centurion University of Technology and Management (CUTM), Paralakhemundi Campus, celebrated National Space Day 2025 with an inspiring program that brought together distinguished scientists, faculty, and students to highlight India’s space achievements and the role of space technology in addressing global challenges. The event was organized by the Department of Civil Engineering in association with the Center for Data Science and Machine Learning and the School of Engineering & Technology. The celebration began in the Auditorium Hall with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the dignitaries. Dr. Prafulla Kumar Panda, Dean, SoET, welcomed the gathering and spoke about the university’s commitment to fostering innovation and research in emerging fields. Dr. Rajib Kumar Majhi, HoD of Civil Engineering, also addressed the audience, emphasizing the interdisciplinary applications of space technology, particularly in earth sciences, climate studies, and sustainable infrastructure development.
