Paralakhemundi : At Gajapati district Birikote Development Council of Mohana block demanded for separate block of Gajapati district.They submitted a memorandum to Rajib Das BDO Mohana pointed that being the largest block with 39 panchayats it is difficult for monitoring & assessment of developments.So they chartered out to include those panchayats eg; Birikote,Guluba, Gardama,Mandimera, Raipanka,Dengaskal, Gurujhuli,Khariguda & Kirama of Nuagada block.PRI members & Council Members were present.
