Hinjili, A 43 year old man shot at in Sunantar village under Seragada block in Ganjam district today night.The man identified as Niranjan jena @ Kalia,while was sitting on his varandha at around 9 pm today,unidentified miscreants fired on him and fled.Hearing the firing sound his family members and neighbours reached the spot and found Kalia with profuse bleeding.Immediately he was shifted to MKCGMCH.The reason of firing not known yet.Police reached the spot and started probe.Kalia was the former sarapancha of Sunantar panchayat and facing number of criminal cases.
