Polasara,(Anil Kumar Maharana): A ceremony was held on 12th August to welcome the new +3 first year students of the Political Science Department of Polasara Science College in Ganjam district. The welcome ceremony was held by the second and third year students of the Political Science Department. The welcome ceremony was held under the chairmanship of the Principal of the college, Dr. Dillip Kumar Nayak. Principal, Dr. Dillip Kumar Nayak, advised the students to create a good academic environment and pursue their studies. First, the first year fresh graduates were welcomed with flowers and sandalwood. HoD of Political Science, Lecturer Kishore Chandra Jena, explained to the students how a disciplined life is important. Lecture of Political Science Department, Anil Kumar Das coordinated the program. Lectures Bharati Goud and Sudipta Patnayak contributed to the program. Finally, lecturer Sri Das proposed the vote of thanks.
