Paralakhemundi,(Tarini Prasad Panda): Mohana block of Gajapati district at 11am Birth & Death Office found locked.People came to that office & found nobody. Meanwhile ZP member of Chandragiri zone Sunil Bisoyi came & those present reported before him.He tried to talk with Medical Officer incharge Dr.Jaya Panda but could not get reply. So he complained before CDMO & Collector. CDMO assured to take action.Earlier complain lodged on bribing for birth & death certificates.So callousness gripping & needs immediate action, Bisoyi said.
