Paralakhemundi,(Tarini Prasad Panda):After a gap again elephants back to Kashinagar block of Gajapati district through Vanshadhara basin.At Siali- Karnibhadra main road they blocked & also Paralakhemundi- Gunupur road communication paralyzed for more than hour.During procurement time every year those elephants hounded where farmers loss their crops.More so human lives too on danger.
