ପାରଳାଖେମୁଣ୍ଡି,(Tarini Prasad Panda):The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast heavy to very heavy rainfall accompanied by lightning and thunderstorms in Gajapati . With continuous rainfall being reported in several parts of the district, the district administration has taken precautionary measures keeping the safety and secure movement of students in mind.
Accordingly, all
government schools, aided schools and private schools in Gajapati district will remain closed on Friday, September 25, 2026.
In view of the prevailing weather conditions, the district administration has advised people to remain alert and take necessary safety precautions. Residents have also been urged to follow official advisories during the period of adverse weather.
