Paralakhemundi,(Tarini Prasad Panda): Paralakhemundi in Model Police Station (MPS)premises on 26th February 2024,one minor girl has been kidnapped. That accused Bammidi Balu kidnapped & molested her.Later he thrown away that girl from a car.That girl had been injured.Girl’s father reported at MPS, accordingly that accused arrested.
At District Court Addl. District Judge sentenced that accused 20 years jail & penalized 10000 fine.In case of non-payment of fine 6 months more will be remanded.Court instructed compensation of 4 lakhs to victim.RJanardhan Rao PP shared on his argument.This has been informed by PP incharge Rajesh Kumar Mishra.
