Paralakhemundi,(Tarini Prasad Panda): Symposium on Odia literature & contributions of Paralakhemundi held at Utkal Hiteishini Samaj premises in collaboration with Odisha Sahitya academy (OSA).As chief speaker Dr.Kulamani Ojha HOD in Odia of Binayak Acharya College Brahmapur advocated on various legends like Gopinath Nanda Sharma, Padmashri Dr. SNRajguru, Shyamsundar Rajguru whose illustrious writings turned, as epitome to scale Paralakhemundi on literary field. Subsequently Dr. Sadanand Nayak HOD in Odia of Brahmapur University on his versatile keynote address as special guest extolled life stories of legends like Gopinath Nanda, Padmashri Dr. SNRajguru & others who daredevil ventures to rise could not stop them on literary field. Subsequently as chief guest scholar Purnachandra Mohapatra elucidated detail rising of Odia language despite bi-lingual area(with Telugu)still turned as creamy layer to strengthen mother tongue Odia. Among others District Culture Officer Archana Mangaraj & Dr. Charuprabha Nayak Asst.Professor in Odia of SKCG(Autonomous) College, Secretary of OSA Sanjay Chualsing & Dr. Kalyani Mishra also spoke. Amulya Panigrahi facilitated the session. Second session converted with poem presentation by 80 poets.Bichitrananda Bebarta, Swarnaprabha Pathi & Sneha Behera reviewed those poems.
