Berhampur,Members of Odisha State Electricity corporations engineers association(OSECEA),TPSODL unit,Berhampur,has staged a candle march infront of TPSODL,corporate office in Berhampur for the second day today evening,demanding fulfillment of their 5 point charter of demands.The demands include withdrawl of action against 12 engineers on disciplinary ground,to re-include the name of 30 engineers in promotion list,which was deducted etc.Rashmi ranjan acharya,general secretary of the OSECEA unit,said last month we submitted a memorindum to the authorities.As no action was taken,we decided to resort to agitation.He said the candle march for one hours in the evening would continue till 15//1/2025 and if the demands not heeded,we would sit on dharana for indefinite period.
