Bhanjanagar: Bhanjanagar police in Ganjam district has nabbed a five member gang,who has targeted IMFL outlets at different places in the district.Ganjam SP,Subhendu kumar patra said on yesterday an IMFL unit in Bhanjanagar was looted and a case No.239/2025 registered.During investigation five persons has been nabbed today evening and a sum Rs.1,75,000/-,looted from the IMFL outlet also recovered.Besides,One crow bar,One four wheeler used by them during commiting the Crime and 06 mobile phones has been seized from their possession.During interrogation,the five confessed that they had also committed theft from IMFL shop at Rambha,Beguniapada,Ganjam, Chhatrapur and Buguda.They further admitted that,they are also involved in two burglary cases of Belaguntha.Interrogation continued said the SP.
