Paralakhemundi,(Tarini Prasad Panda): 2024-batch IAS officer Bhagabat Samal Kalyan Rao has taken charge as the new Sub-Collector of Paralakhemundi in Gajapati district.
Rao, who assumed office on Thursday, said Gajapati is her first posting. She said addressing public grievances and taking administration closer to people would be her priorities.
Meanwhile, outgoing Sub-Collector Anup Kumar Panda has been promoted, but his new posting order is yet to be issued.
