Paralakhemundi,(Tarini Prasad panda): Gajapati district on 2 separate incidents 2 accused persons reprimanded.On molestation case one Jubraj Kishore Pani alias Amit Pani has been sentenced 20 years imprisonment & penalized 10000 fine. That accused lured that girl for marriage & kidnapped.So for kidnapping another 3 years jail with 1000 fine sentenced by ADJ Bibhu Prasad Panda.He ordered to give all fines to the victim.Also ordered to sanction 4 lakhs from DLSA. Special Public Prosecuter RJanardhan Rao handled on argument.SI Swapnarani Behera had done investigation.Under RUdayagiri police limits on 10th January 2024 that minor girl did not return home after annual day of her school.Her father searched everywhere;but could not find his daughter.Later at RUdayagiri Police Station he registered FIR.Police rescued that girl from Nuagada under Serango police limits & arrested Jubraj.
Similarly on another incident on theft one Abol Bhuyan has been convicted for 3 years jail & penalized 3000 fine. Entered into home & for created abrupt incident another 2:years jail & 2000 fine sentenced by JMFC Tarun Kumar Sethi.APP Harikrushna Pradhan successfully presented his argument based on case 65/25, where SI Sandip Hembram investigated the case.Police seized all assets contained gold,mobile & others. Later forwarded Abal Bhuyan to Court.
