Berhampur: A 41 year old man,working as the head master of Madhuban primery school in Kaithakhandi village under Digapahandi block in Ganjam district met with a tragic end in a road mishap today.The deceased identified as Kureshu patra,while was proceeding to his school with vegitables for MDM on his motorcycle,a speedy private bus hit him near Sankarkhali chowk.The hitting was so severe that Kureshu threw away to a height of around 15 feets before falling on the ground.With profuse bleeding from head and in a unconscious state,Kureshu was taken to Digapahandi hospital,where doctors declared him brought dead.Soon after the mishap,the driver of the bus fled from the spot.As the information of his death spreaded Kaithakhandi Sarapanch Manoranjan gouda,BEO Koreshu sethy,ABEO Bala majhi and several elites of the areas paid their last respect to him at the hospital.later his body was sent for autopsy to MKCGMCH and later handedover to his family.In a grand procession the body was taken to his village Nuagada for cremation.A pal of gloom descended inthe area following the death of the head master.Police seized the bus and the motorcycle and investigating into the matter.
