Berhampur: The pensioners of Odisha State Retiref Emplyees Federation, Ganjam district unit organised Dharana and demonstration programme infront of the RDC, Southern range, Brahmapur demanding for Annulment of part. IV of Finance Act ,2025 for protection of pensioners’rights,today. President D. Mohan Rao stated that the disquiet originates from the retrograde provisions introduced in pars iv of the Finance Act, 3025 titled “Validation of Central Civil Services (pension),Rules and principles for expenditure of pension Liabilities from Consolidated Fund of India, which threatens the fundamental principles of pension parity and constitutional protections guaranteed to pensioners . President D.Mohan Rao, Past president K.Nandesu Senapati, vice president Asn Gupta Secretary Sankarshan patra, joint Secretary Maharshi singh, K.Krishna murty patra, Bijaya kumar behera , Nalini Kanta Misra , B.Dharma Rao handed over the Memorandum to the Secretary to RDC S.D.Brajmapur to forward to the Prime Minister of India for needful action.
