Rayagada:Gajapati by Massive Flood
Paralakhemundi-At Mohana due to continuous rain flash flood brinks,where communication paralyzed.On Gadapur river water level receded 3 feet above bridge.So Kottama & Gardama panchyats of Mohana block cut off from Chandrapur block of Rayagada district. Similarly at Rangudi & Panigudi of Kottama panchayat,too,due to landslide waterlogged &communication disrupted.Every year during rainy season,due to heavy rain Gadapur river turned as vulnerable zone & paralyzed by flash flood. Only after deceding of water level those villagers can walk out.So area people requested district administration to renovate that bridge to extend height for safe communication.
