Belaguntha:A 51 year old woman died after being stung by a swarm of bees at Gopinath Street in Belaguntha town in Ganjam district today.The deceased woman has been identified as Jhunu Palo.Sources said,Jhunu was plucking guavas from a tree near her home when a swarm of bees emerged and attacked her.She suffered severe injuries and fell to the ground.Her family members took her to Belaguntha Hospital for treatment.As her condition was critical,she was referred to Bhanjanagar Hospital,but succumbed to her injuries while undergoing treatment.
