Berhampur, Pnciky gripped the boarders of Saberi ladies hostel for sometime in Berhampur university campus following a fire mishap in a room of the hostel today.Due to vacation,most of the boarders has left for their homes and a few are in the hostel.The fire broke out in room number 35 at the first floor at around 1.30 am and by the time the three boarders were away.However,noone was injured.The furniture and belongings of the boarders was reduced to ashes due to the fire.On being informed,Fire fighters reached and doused the fire.Though the reason of fire not yet ascertained,but believedly due to power short circuit.Investigation is on.
