Paralakhemundi,(Tarini Prasad Panda): The TEJAS (Transforming Entrepreneurial Journeys Across States & Districts) Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme was organised at Centurion University of Technology and Management (CUTM), Paralakhemundi, under a joint initiative of the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Startup Odisha, and the Odisha Government.
Paralakhemundi MLA Rupesh Panigrahi inaugurated the programme and said entrepreneurship is the cornerstone of an Atmanirbhar Bharat, urging the youth of Gajapati to embrace innovation and self-employment. Mohana MLA Dasarathi Gomango, Gajapati Collector Akshaya Sunil Agrawal, DPIIT CEO and former Gajapati Collector Smruti Ranjan Pradhan, CUTM President Dr. D. N. Rao, and Vice-Chairman Muktikanta Mishra were among the dignitaries present.
Government officials, entrepreneurs, startup representatives, academicians, and students participated in discussions on innovation, skill development, government support, and startup opportunities. The programme was described as a significant initiative to promote entrepreneurship and create job creators among the youth of Gajapati district.
