Berhampur,15th Jan. A 32 year old fugitive,involved in a Murder case in Balipada village under Berhampur sadar police has been arrested by Sadar Police.The man identified as Biju behera of Gate bazar area in Berhampur was arrested inconnection with the murder of one Juria bisoi of balipada on 7/3/2024.On the next day Biju was arrested and sent to circle jail by court order.However on 10/6/2024 Biju`s father Krushna behera died and Biju got a high court bail for two weeks to perform the last rites of his father.Insted of surrender after the stipulated period by court,biju absconded.Meanwhile the sessions court issued a NBW.During excution of NBWs,yesterday police got a hint that Biju was in Bhubaneswar and arrested him last night.Today he produced at court and remanded to jail custody,said Berhampur SP,Dr Saravana Vivek M.
