Boudh: Model police station in Boudh town has a prized catch in shape of brown sugar,the first of its kind in Boudh district.monday evening,on a tip off about a dealing of drugs,police raided Raithani chowk and Butupali,on the outskrit of Boudh town.Seeing the police three persons who were present at ramdei nullah at the place,tried to fled away.However police overpowered on them and during search seized 22.76 grams of brown sugar.Police also seized a motor cycle from the spot and a cash of Rs 15,920/-besides three mobile phones.The three persons has been identified as Prabhakar parida @ Pintu(32),Sibananda gahira(20) and Pritam dehury(21),all are of Boudh district were arrested.During interrogation,the three reportedly told police that a unidentified person sold the narcotic to them.The three has been forwarded to court and search is on to nab the supplier of the drug.
