Paralakhemundi, (Tarini Prasad Panda):At Nuagaon of Katalkaitha panchayat of Gosani block of Gajapati district,at the outskirts of district headquarter,due to lack of caste certificates, those 10th passed students unable to get scope.More than 30 families are staying in that village.There is no road communication to that village.Those students with much difficulties studying at Tulasipadu school,which is farthest distance.They are going through farm fields due to lack of road communication.They are staying since last 35 years;but they are yet to get their domicile rights.For which those inhabitants not getting caste certificates. Various scopes for SC & ST students government supporting.But they deprived. Due to lack of homestead patta they can’t enjoy higher studies.One Manuel Sabar is studying in college at Paralakhemundi without caste certificate.
Puspanjali Sabar,Sandhyarani Sabar,Thomas Sabar & Baburao Sabar said that domicile rights they are lacking.While met with Sarpanch SLingaraju,he said very soon he will arrange their homestead pattas from ITDA. Forest & other departments given clearance.While interacted with Tehsildar Narayan Behera he said matter not reached at him. After getting grievances he will settle their issues.
