Paralakhemundi-At Gumma block of Gajapati district,in Bitising,Laxmipur & Tala Laxmipur have been neglected on over all communication.Under Namangada panchayat of those villages are worst on community. They have to walk long 6 kms through forest area. Students,too,facing dire straits on to & from communication.Not to say about health hazards & maternity care women transportation. Besides that they use dirty water from canal & adulterated water.So they demand immediate access of those amenities before administration.
