Gunupur: Padmapur police in Rayagada district has seized over 10 quintal of ganja today.On a tip off,Gunupur SDPO,Babuli nayak,Padmapur IIC Dharanidhar pradhan raided a place in Sariguda forest and seized the ganja packed in 43 sacks.The seized ganja was weighed in the presence of Padmapur excutive magistrate cum tehsildar Sankar bag and found 10.20 quintal.In connection with the seizure three persons Reli sabar(49),Mark majhi(41)and Aswini sabar(39) were arrested and forwarded to court.Market value of the seized ganja would be more than Rs 1.20 crores and was stored there to send to Mumbai,Delhi and Kolkatta revealed the arrested persons.
